You agree NOT to:

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve our services.

All content, features, and functionality of Faith Valley are owned by Faith Valley or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• The Faith Valley name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
• Devotional content, Bible study plans, and course materials are copyrighted
• App design, code, and user interface are proprietary

9.2 Bible Translations

Bible translations displayed in the app are used under license from their respective publishers. Common translations include KJV (public domain), BSB, and others.

9.3 Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Faith Valley for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

FAITH VALLEY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

The spiritual content, devotionals, and AI-generated guidance provided are for informational and inspirational purposes only. They should not be considered a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, or pastoral care.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Faith Valley in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faith Valley and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Conduct that harms other users or the services
• Any other reason at our discretion
