These Payment Terms govern all purchases and financial transactions made through Faith Valley. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Payment Processors
Faith Valley uses the following secure payment processors:
1.1 Web Purchases (Stripe)
When you purchase through our website, payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
1.2 Mobile Purchases
When you purchase through our mobile apps:
- iOS: Payments are processed by the Apple App Store
- Android: Payments are processed by the Google Play Store
Mobile subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat for cross-platform synchronization.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
2.1 Web Payments (via Stripe)
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards
- Apple Pay (on supported browsers)
- Google Pay (on supported browsers)
2.2 Mobile Payments
- Apple Pay and payment methods linked to your Apple ID (iOS)
- Google Pay and payment methods linked to your Google account (Android)
- Carrier billing (where available)
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
Applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST) may be added based on your location and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Introductory Pricing
Faith Valley offers introductory pricing for new subscribers:
- Introductory prices apply only to the first billing period
- After the introductory period, your subscription renews at the regular price
- The regular price is clearly displayed before checkout
- You can cancel anytime before renewal to avoid the regular price
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will:
- Send you an email notification about the failed payment
- Attempt to retry the payment up to 3 times over a 7-day period
- Provide you with the opportunity to update your payment method
- Suspend your premium access if payment cannot be recovered
For mobile subscriptions, Apple and Google manage payment retries according to their own policies.
6. Refunds

- 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases
- Web refunds are processed through Stripe
- Mobile refunds must be requested through Apple or Google
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe there has been an error with your payment, please contact our support team at billing@faithvalley.app before initiating a dispute with your bank.
Important: Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
