• AI Coach conversation history and messages
• Daily task completion (devotionals, prayers, Bible reading)
• Usage streaks and engagement statistics

1.3 Payment Information

When you make a purchase, our payment processors collect:

• Payment card details (processed securely by Stripe for web purchases)
• Billing address
• Purchase history and subscription status
• In-app purchase data (processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store for mobile)

Note: We do not store complete payment card information on our servers. All payment data is processed and secured by our third-party payment providers.

When you use our app or website, we automatically collect:

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Faith Valley:

3.1 Analytics

3.2 Payment Processing

3.3 AI Services

3.4 Email & Hosting

• Resend: Sends transactional and marketing emails
• Supabase: Hosts our database infrastructure
• Vercel: Hosts our web application

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors listed above who help us operate our services

• Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion request
• Spiritual journey data: Journal entries, bookmarks, and progress are retained until you delete them or your account
• AI Coach conversations: Retained until you delete them or your account
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes
• Analytics data: Aggregated analytics may be retained indefinitely in anonymized form

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

7. International Data Transfers

Faith Valley operates globally, and your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Our primary database is hosted in the European Union (EU) via Supabase.

When we transfer data outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

• Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission
• Adequacy decisions for transfers to countries with adequate protection
• Binding corporate rules where applicable
